Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation Rules
The user has the right to opt out of the automatic subscription renewal for the next month at any time. To cancel the subscription, the user simply needs to contact the support team via messenger or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled recurring payment. Following cancellation, access to the catalogs remains active until the end of the currently paid period.
Refund Policy Conditions
Given that the service provides digital content and online access to databases, the service is deemed fully rendered at the exact moment the access data is delivered to the user’s messenger.
Consequently, funds paid for an already activated and active subscription period are non-refundable.
A refund is possible exclusively in the event of confirmed technical malfunctions on the service provider’s side that render the automotive catalogs completely unusable for more than 48 consecutive hours from the moment the user officially contacts support. In such cases, the refund is automatically issued back to the same bank card used to make the payment via the WayForPay system.
